He really took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and paid attention to our feedback after each viewing. Because of this, he was able to recommend properties that genuinely suited us, which saved us a lot of time and made the experience really enjoyable.
After dealing with a few other estate agents, we honestly thought the process would feel the same everywhere, but Robbie completely changed that. He made the experience far more positive, personal and supportive.
